First Baptist Church is blessed to have a leadership team who are truly dedicated to Christ and accomplishing His will. Following are brief bio's of our leadership team and their qualifications for ministry.

Doug Wills

Pastor

Doug Wills was called to serve as First Baptist Church's Pastor in 2009. Prior to that, he served as Pastor of First Baptist Church in Norman, Arkansas.

Bro Doug enjoys helping others understand the truths of the Bible, and how to practically apply those truths to everyday life.  His desire to to equip others to walk with Christ each day and to help them on thier journey of faith.  He continues to pray for God to send a revival to this generation.

In his free time, Bro Doug enjoys amateur photography, family geneaology research, reading (especially biographies), and spending time with his family, and his two dogs, Gizmo & Daisy.  

He is a 1995 graduate of the University of Central Arkansas, wiith an Education degree.  He graduated from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master of Devinity in 2002.

Doug has been happily married for 27 years to his wife, Tammy. They have 2 adult sons. Weston is married to Ashlynn. They live in Hampton, Arkansas, where Weston serves as Minister of Worship & Youth at First Baptist Church. Mason is a student at Williams Baptist University in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas

Doug & Tammy also have three grandchildren.
